It was published in the Official Gazette Law No. 33/2014. DR No. 113, Series I of 06/16/2014, which is the first amendment to Law No 74/2013 of 6 September, establishing the Court of Arbitration for Sport and approves the respective law. The changes made to circumvent the identified unconstitutionality, twice by the Constitutional Court after the application of successive control raised by the President of the Republic, namely the “right of access to court”.
