It was published in the Official Gazette the first amendment to the Educational Guardianship Law, approved in annex to Law No. 166/99 of 14 September. Changes include law enforcement in the most favorable time to lower the consecration of the educational support measure has a minimum duration of three months and a maximum of two years and the hospital open and semi-open system has a minimum of six months and a maximum of two years, and the consecration that acts considered being urgent, must be delivered within two days.
